            How to update your contact email address

            1. Log in at . Enter your email address in ‘Email Lost Passwords To:’ field. Type in your password. You can modify the Primary Contact (displayed as registrant Whois contact) and Billing Address. Then save.

            2. Log in at Under ‘Customer Record’, click ‘Modify Customer’, then enter your customer handle (CUST-xxxx). Enter the new email address, password, and put “Y” in the Registration Agreement field, then submit and commit.

            3. Log in at Go to ‘Contacts’ and click ‘Modify/query contact’. Type in your contact handle (Encirca-xxxx). Enter the new email address and put your password in the secret word field. Submit and commit.
