1. Log in at https://www.encirca.com/manage. Under ‘Customer
Record’, click ‘Modify Customer’, then enter your customer handle
(CUST-xxxx). Enter the new email address, password, and put “Y” in the
Registration Agreement field, then submit and commit.
2. Log in at https://www.encirca.com/manage. Go to ‘Contacts’ and
click ‘Modify/query contact’. Type in your contact handle
(Encirca-xxxx). Enter the new email address and put your password in the
secret word field. Submit and commit.
