Resetting your password depends on your username. Please follow the appropriate link below depending on your username structure.
Username ENCIRCA-xxxx - go to https://encirca.com/password-reset
Username ENC-xxxx-C - go tohttps://new.encirca.com/forgot-password/
Username NSH-xxxx-C - go to https://www.apply.boston/forgot-password/
Click on the "Forgot password" link. You will be brought to a page where you may enter your username and an email with a link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
Once you receive your email, click on the link. You will be given a temporary password to use to log into our system. Once logged in, click on the “Change Password” link to update your password. Because the password you received via email is temporary, you must replace it with a new one.
Once you’ve updated your password, contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that your password is synced to manage your domains.
