48 Pheenix-related registrars were recently terminated by ICANN for breaches in their Registrar contract. EnCirca was selected by ICANN to manage the affected domains. You should have received a "Welcome" email explaining the situation. This email would have been sent to the domain account owner's email address.
The registrar voluntarily terminated its Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA). ICANN asked Encirca to take over the domains.

Unfortunately, due to ICANN regulations, domains that have just been transferred cannot be transferred again to another registrar until after 60 days. You will be prompted to sign in and then can choose which of your domains you would like to renew.
