            Why is my domain at Encirca?

            48 Pheenix-related registrars were recently terminated by ICANN for breaches in their Registrar contract. EnCirca was selected by ICANN to manage the affected domains.  You should have received a "Welcome" email explaining the situation. This email would have been sent to the domain account owner's email address.  

            I registered at xxx. Why did I get an email saying my domain was transferred to you?

            The registrar voluntarily terminated its Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA). ICANN asked Encirca to take over the domains.

            I haven't received the welcome email. What should I do next?

            Please contact support@encirca.com or chat with us. We will confirm the status of your domains and help you with next steps. 

            How do i log in?

            If your domains are currently at EnCirca, you should have received an email from us that includes your username. See below for how to get your password. In order to manage your domains, go to https://www.encirca.com/myaccount/

            What if i don't have my username?

            Please contact support@encirca.com or chat with us. We will send the username to the registrant's email address. 

            How do i get a password?

            If your domains are currently at EnCirca, you should have received an email from us that includes your username.
            1. Go to https://www.encirca.com/signin/ and click on the "Forgot Password" link.
            2. Enter your username, and an email with a temporary password will be sent to you. 
            3. Now use the temporary password to login at https://www.encirca.com/signin/
              Once you've logged in, go to the "Change Password" link and update your password

            I received my login but I don't see my domains. where are my domains?

            Please check the whois records for your domain at https://whois.icann.org/en. If you see the registrar is Encirca, then the domain will be allocated to your account soon.

            Why are my other domains not listed in my account?

            Unfortunately, some domains are on hold because the registrar failed to provide the right customer data. Please fill out this form if you would like to start to domain claim process: https://new.encirca.com/domain-owner-claim-form/

            My domains are on cust-hold status? Why and when can I update them?

            Your domain was placed on hold because the previous registrar did not include the required customer data. We will update you when we resolve this issue.

            How to point my domain(s) to different nameservers?

            i want to transfer my domain out - how do I do that? 

            Unfortunately, due to ICANN regulations, domains that have just been transferred cannot be transferred again to another registrar until after 60 days. So you will have to wait 60 days to begin transferring domains.

            When can I transfer my domains?

            The transfer lock is removed on July 18, 2018

            How do I renew? 

            To renew your domains with a credit card or Paypal, go here: https://www.encirca.com/html/renew.shtml
            You will be prompted to sign in and then can choose which of your domains you would like to renew.

            I want to transfer my domain before the expiration date. Can i do that?

            If the expiration date is more than 60 days after your transfer to EnCirca from Pheenix, then you would just have to do the steps here: https://helpdesk.encirca.com/portal/kb/articles/transfer-a-domain-name-from-encirca

            If, however, your expiration date is before the 60-day window, you would need to renew the domain with us.
