Our domains autorenew 30 days before the expiration date of the domain. You have the option of switching off the autorenewal on our control panel. You will still receive expiration emails in the event you would like to renew your domain manually. .
- Login to your account at EnCirca: https://manage30.encirca.com/
- You will see a list of your domains.
- Under the "Autorenew" column, you should see a slider.
A green slider means that Autorenew is enabled. When your domain is up for renewal, we will use the current card on file to renew the domain.
If you prefer that your domain NOT autorenew, slide the slider to the left. A popup will ask for confirmation and your domain will not autorenew. The slider will turn gray.
