Add “NEW” account to the existing profile so you have old and new email
In Outlook click file
Click Account Settings and Manage Profiles
Click Email Accounts
In Account Settings : Email Accounts, select New
Change to Manual setup and click Next>
Select POP or IMAP and click Next>
USE THIS INFO to fill in the User Information then click More Settings...
Name: YOUR NAME
Email Address: EMAIL ADDRESS
Account type: IMAP
Incoming mail server: imap.us.appsuite.cloud
Outgoing mail server: smtp.us.appsuite.cloud
username: EMAIL ADDRESS
password: PASSWORD
In General tab, (IMPORTANT) update email name by Adding OX to the end, then click Outgoing Server tab
Check the box My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, then click the Advanced tab
Use the drop down to change both to SSL/TLS, make sure the Incoming server IMAP is 993, make sure the Outgoing server SMTP is 465, then UNCHECK the box Purge items when switching folders while online. Then click OK.
Click next
The account will verify, click Close
Click Finish
Click the new email box and click Set as default
Now OX email is set as default and you have the old email account too, click Close
In Outlook now you have old email and new email and the folders for NEW Email start to populate

in the menu Send / Receive, select drop down menu on Send/Receive Groups, select Define Send/Receive Groups
Select Edit
Select the Account and then uncheck the box for the account you dont want to check.
