1 - Create the new OX email accounts (completed by account owner)
Follow these steps to create a new email box for OX Email:
1- Login here: https://manage30.encirca.com/login
2- in main menu go to Manage > Products
3- This will open a new tab and log you in automatically
4- Click on Services
5- Click on Email (Ox)
6- In the left menu select 'Manage Email Accounts'
7- Click the navy blue button [+Create User]
8- In the drop down window add the user info and click [Add]
NOTE: MAKE NOTE OF THE USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS
After the accounts are created, each account must login to webmail to complete the mailbox setup.
Follow these steps to login to Webmail:
1- In a new tab go here and login: https://us.appsuite.cloud/appsuite/ (save this link, it is webmail access)
2- At first time login, in the OX Welcome Screen click [Continue]
3- You will be prompted to watch a "Get Started" video, press the > play button, after click [Continue]
4- You may choose to read the rest of the tutorial, click [Continue] and then [Finish]
5- You'll see a What's New... window, you may choose to read, click [Close]
After you have logged into webmail, you need to update your DNS
2 - Update DNS to Start Using OX email accounts
(completed by account owner)
Follow these steps to edit your DNS:
1- Login here: https://manage30.encirca.com/login
2- In the TOP menu select the menu items [Manage > Products]
3- this will open a new tab and allow you to access the products.
4- It should log you in automatically
5- In the body of the page you will see a Box that says SERVICES, click that
6- You will see the DNS service, click on the service (not the domain name)
7- In the LEFT menu, click Manage DNS/Cloudflare
8- In the body of the page you will see a Box that says DNS, click that
8- Make edits to DNS here
Before adding new DNS records for email, delete all existing MX records unless they are the ones below.

Before adding the TXT record below, make sure to remove the existing TXT record that has a value that starts with v=spf1

TXT @ v=spf1 include:spf.cloudus.rs.oxcs.net ~all Automatic
After you added the DNS records, you can start the email migration.
3 - Migrate your email from EnCirca to OX
Each user can migrate their own email by following the instructions below.
NOTE: you can use the new OX email while emails are migrating, just be aware that emails will start appearing when that process starts
Login to OX Webmail with the accounts created in the previous step: https://us.appsuite.cloud/appsuite/
In OX Webmail click the icon with your initials on it, in the menu then select “Import your emails”, a new tab will open.
In the new tab check the box to Accept Terms of Service and Privacy Statement, then click [Proceed]
You will see an empty text drop down box, click it
In the drop down, select “Add missing provider or server”
In the text field add this IP address: 165.22.6.205 and then click [Check]
You will see the Server Check complete, then click [Save]
The Additional information box allows you to enter an email address to receive updates on the Status of the migration, enter an email address you use and click [Proceed]
Fill in the source and destination accounts email addresses and passwords
The Source account is the EnCirca email address and password, the destination is the new OX email address and password
After entering the accounts information, select [Check] to check both accounts
After the accounts have confirmed, select [Confirm]
You will see that the migration tool is processing the request
After it processes the request, you will an estimated amount of time for the migration to complete
The time estimate is based on the mailbox size, larger size mailboxes take more time to migrate
When the migration process is ready to move forward you will see how many emails will be migrated, click [Proceed]
The migration process is ready to start, click [Start migration]
You will notice the [Start migration] button now shows a rotating icon showing it is starting
When the screen updates, click >Details drop down to show progress
You can monitor the progress here
When the migration is complete you will see a Green Check
