We have 2 types of hosting. Shared and VPS.
VPS hosting runs on Plesk. Each VPS is its own server and has daily backups. Backups are typically good for a month depending on how much space on the server they take. Once space is used the backups are overwritten.
Shared hosting runs on cPanel. The cPanel backups run daily and are recycle each week. If you would like to restore from backup more than 1 week out, it is recommended that you save backups from this location on your local machine every week.

Follow these steps to get to your cPanel and Backups:
1- Login here: https://hosting.encirca.com/clientarea.php
2- Select 'Manage Products' in green
3- Select the maroon 'Manage" button to the right
4- From the left menu select 'Login to cPanel'
5- Scroll down and find Files > Backup anbd/or Backup Wizard, click on it
6- Follow the prompts to get it setup
7- Make sure you document all usernames and passwords
Backups on individual hosts are weekly. If you would like to restore from backup more than 1 week out, it is recommended that you save backups from this location on your local machine every week.

1- Login to your VPS
2- Select Tools and Settings in the left menu
3- Select Backup Manager under Tools and Resources
4- Select a backup to restore (or ship to step 5 for Backup Settings)
