Here is the setup for Outlook with our email.
Go to Control Panel - Click on Mail
Click on Show Profiles

(If already have profile go to next)
Click Add
Enter a profile name and click OK

If already have an existing profile
You should already have a profile, click on Properties
Click on Email Accounts
Click New

1- Setup new account and use manual setup
2- Select Pop or IMAP
3- Fill in the info and select More Settings
4- Fill in the info on the General Tab, then Select the Outgoing Server tab, check the box that says “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” and then use the setting below, Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
Then select the Advanced Tab
5- Set Incoming and Outgoing Ports and set both to use SSL/TLS and hit OK
6- Back in the Add Account screen click next
